Retention of
your existing Australian mobile carrier and mobile number
vRoam is a Global
Service Provider, providing you with mobile phone plans outside of Australia.
This has no impact on your Australian mobile number or relationship with your
mobile phone carrier – everything remains the same. There is no risk or change
to your current mobile service. This is our Follow Me service.
The vRoam service
simply provides additional savings to you and your company. Take advantage of
savings to the countries when the vRoam service is offered, and everywhere else
you retain your existing roaming service.
Known call
charges for each call in Australian dollars
Unlike your
current roaming provider which, at best, provides indicative roaming rates,
vRoam provides fixed rates quoted in Australian dollars.

Itemised bill for all of these features
You will receive
a fully itemised bill for all your calls, giving you added control over the
costs. vRoam’s LocalSIM service is not pre-paid so you only pay for the calls you make,
paid on your return.
